ACRF Centre for Cancer Genomic Medicine
The ACRF Centre for Cancer Genomic Medicine was established in 2010 through generous funding from the Australian Cancer Research Foundation (ACRF), which enabled the introduction of Next Generation Sequencing technologies. ACRF support enables us to pioneer innovative research that will lead to significant outcomes in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
The Centre provides Next Generation Sequencing services utilising the latest Illumina Sequencing Instruments including: Illumina HiSeq3000, Illumina MiSeq and Illumina HiSeq1500. Services also include DNA/RNA analysis utilising the Agilent Bioanalyser and DNA shearing using the Covaris.
