Short interfering (si)RNA libraries

Short interfering (si)RNA libraries enable researchers to individually 'knock-down' every gene in human or mouse genomes. The combination of siRNA libraries and automated High Content imaging analysis enables unbiased, comprehensive analysis of the contribution of individual genes to cellular function.

ThermoFisher (Dharmacon) Human and Mouse siGENOME SMARTpool siRNA libraries are comprised of individual pools of four siRNA to each gene in the NCBI database. Libraries are also available for sub-library screens.
